| With our sights clearly focused
on our commitment to students and their families, we must now assemble
the financial resources to meet the following objectives:
- First, we must improve our compensation to faculty and staff,
which requires a commitment to developing a salary and benefits
plan closer to the South Dakota average.
- Second, we need to make it more affordable for parents to
provide their children with a quality Catholic education.
- Third, our elementary and middle school programs function
in facilities that fall short of current and future requirements.
We must improve and expand these facilities to meet the future.
